An ancient Irish legend, the Salmon of Knowledge swam in the River Boyne and gave great power and wisdom to the one who ate of him.
Hazelnut crusted fillet topped with lemon caper beurre blanc served with colcannon & choice of vegetable.

Two grilled cured boneless pork loin chops with a charred peach & blackberry chutney. Served with grilled medley of zucchini, yellow squash, asparagus, brussels sprouts, corn, and mushrooms.
