Irish rasher bacon may be substituted for corned beef. Please Note: Fiddler’s uses salt, spices, & refrigeration to brine & cure our brisket (not chemicals). Therefore, our corned beef is not pink.

MOLLY MALONE STEW
Shrimp, mussels, queenies (bay scallops), cod, barley, kale, & mushroom stew with warm rustic bread. $22

GAELIC STEAK
10oz New York strip sous vide to rare, finished on the grill to order.  Served with whiskey cream,  mushrooms, roasted potatoes & choice of side vegetable.  $25
Add onions, bleu cheese, or mushrooms for $1.00 each.

SHEPHERD’S PIE
Lamb, beef, & vegetable casserole topped with mashed potatoes & toasted brown. $16

SALMON OF KNOWLEDGE
An ancient Irish legend, the Salmon of Knowledge swam in the River Boyne and gave great power and wisdom to the one who ate of him. Ours is a fresh salmon fillet crusted in hazelnuts with lemon cream, capers, colcannon, & choice of vegetable. $23

TRADITIONAL IRISH STEW
Lamb & root vegetable stew served with homemade Irish brown bread. $17

STEAK & GUINNESS PIE
Steak, mushrooms, & onions in Guinness gravy topped with puff pastry. Served with mashed potatoes & choice of vegetable. $17
