 MOLLY MALONE STEW  
Shrimp, mussels, queenies (bay scallops), cod, barley, kale, & mushroom stew with warm rustic bread. $17

House-made Irish pork sausages with mashed potatoes, gravy, and choice of vegetable. $16

CORNED BEEF & CABBAGE  
House-brined (corned) beef brisket, carrots, potatoes, & cabbage. $18
(Irish rasher bacon may be substituted for corned beef)
Please Note: Fiddler’s uses spices & refrigeration to brine & cure our brisket (not chemicals). Therefore, our corned beef is not pink.

GAELIC STEAK  
Sirloin steak grilled to order, served with roasted potatoes, whiskey gravy & mushrooms & choice of vegetable. $20  Add onions or bleu cheese for $1.00 each.

CORNISH HEN  
Roasted half hen with apple caraway dressing and Cumberland sauce. Served with choice of vegetable. $16

IRISH STEW
Lamb & root vegetables in rich brown gravy served with brown bread. $15

SALMON OF KNOWLEDGE
An ancient Irish legend, the Salmon of Knowledge swam in the River Boyne and gave great power and wisdom to the one who ate of him. Ours is a fresh salmon fillet crusted in hazelnuts with lemon cream, capers, colcannon, & choice of vegetable. $23

INDIAN CURRY
Found in every pub throughout the UK. Sautéed vegetables in our house-made curry sauce over barley. $13
