Irish rasher bacon may be substituted for corned beef. Please Note: Fiddler’s uses salt, spices, & refrigeration to brine & cure our brisket (not chemicals). Therefore, our corned beef is not pink.

MOLLY MALONE STEW
Shrimp, mussels, queenies (bay scallops), cod, barley, kale, & mushroom stew with warm rustic bread. $18

GAELIC STEAK
10oz sirloin sous vide to rare, finished on the grill to order.  Served with whiskey cream,  mushrooms, roasted potatoes & choice of side vegetable.  $23
Add onions or bleu cheese for $1.00 each.
Vegan option: Cauliflower steak sous vide & finished on the grill. $16

IRISH STEW
Lamb & root vegetables in rich brown gravy served with brown bread. $15

SALMON OF KNOWLEDGE
An ancient Irish legend, the Salmon of Knowledge swam in the River Boyne and gave great power and wisdom to the one who ate of him. Ours is a fresh salmon fillet crusted in hazelnuts with lemon cream, capers, colcannon, & choice of vegetable. $23

STEAK & GUINNESS PIE
Steak, mushrooms, & onions in Guinness gravy topped with puff pastry. Served with mashed potatoes & choice of vegetable. $17

INDIAN CURRY
Found in every pub throughout the UK. Sautéed vegetables in our house-made curry sauce over barley. $13
