SALMON OF KNOWLEDGE

An ancient Irish legend, the Salmon of Knowledge swam in the River Boyne and gave great power and wisdom to the one who ate of him. Ours is a fresh salmon fillet crusted in hazelnuts with capers, sherry soubise, colcannon, & choice of vegetable. GF $24

STEAK & GUINNESS PIE

Steak, mushrooms, & onions in Guinness gravy topped with puff pastry. Served with mashed potatoes & choice of vegetable. $17
